What’s In The Bottle. Chief Winemaker Jonathan Boyle, with legendary Vintner Jim Warren, crafted this wine from hand-harvested fruit, grown in the best vineyards on the Niagara bench while our vines mature. Cold soaking of the fruit and carefully controlled fermentation developed a wine that is well balanced between a seam of bright berry fruit and a spicy toastiness from the oak.
