Description
What’s special about this bottle. Under the supervision of award-winning Chief Winemaker, Jonathan Boyle, the result is a graceful Rosé processed from free run Pinot Noir juice. Bright ruby colour with bold strawberry, rhubarb and cranberry flavours on the palate. This wine has been precisely temperature-controlled throughout its fermentation to help preserve its delicateness. Overall, this dry wine is well balanced with a slight toastiness from French oak.
What’s in the bottle. Processed at the Windrush Estate Winery from grapes grown on the famous St. David’s Bench in the Niagara Peninsula, the wine envelops your palate. Matured in the vineyard from a quality 2019 harvest following this summer’s perfect heat. On arrival, Windrush winemakers placed the juice directly into oak casks to ferment.
Food Pairings. Perfect for festive feasts of turkey, honey ham, or roasts, where a light drinking wine goes best.
