An hour’s drive northwest of Toronto, we planted our vineyard here in 2017. Here, inspired by world travel and Windrush River in the Cotswolds, we built a chateau with its amazing views to share with family and friends. Top-quality grapes from the Niagara bench are fermented in our state-of-the-art system. Computers maintain exact temperatures as our chief winemaker, Jonathan Boyle, and legendary vintner, Jim Warren, create great VQA wines for select restaurants and clubs.
