Windrush Estate Winery proprietors, Marilyn Field, and J.C.Pennie, will personally host you at their great hall table in Chateau Windrush which has been featured in the Globe & Mail and Homes & Cottages Magazine.

You will enjoy wines created by legendary vintner, Jim Warren, author of “When Concord Was King”, and Jonathan Boyle, Windrush Chief Winemaker, from award winning grapes.

Windrush wines will be paired with your signature gourmet dinner of Lamb or Blackened Pickerel created by internationally acclaimed Master Chef, J.P. Chalet, author of “One Pot French”, sommelier and former executive chef at: Auberge du Pommier, Windsor Arms, the 5th and ICI.

To complete the evening, you and your party will be treated in the Chateau Windrush music hall to the uplifting sounds of an acclaimed or emerging artist concert.
